Along with a proven track record of “tried & true” essential non-profit management skills, her ability to partner with clients to facilitate substantial growth while leading with the heart gives clients a nudge of inspiration and direction. Her self-proclaimed leadership style is tactical and practical. Kimberly understands the challenges that so many non-profits face and believes that with strategic insight, leaders will be armed with all the tools essential to building a non-profit’s fundraising effectiveness and rejuvenating teams with engaging solutions.
Active in multiple organizations in and around her community, she knows the power each of us has when we use it together.
